An agent-based model built on GAMA v1.7 platform investigates the plausible formation process and critical self-generative rules of individual built forms via the construction of rule-based scenarios. Calibration of 24 parameters in this model are systematically varied for sensitivity testing, and further mathematical modelling. This dataset is published as an open source to allow other experts interested to investigate plausible structural attractors embedded in the dynamical system of the simulations. The simulations represent the evolution of an informal settlement. The case study is a particular informal settlement that has dwellers living into abandoned buildings and destroyed structures in Tmor-Da, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
