Notes for section 2.2 of the workshop 'Digital methods for research led teaching & learning practices in the COVID new normal'. The workshop was delivered on Monday 14 December 2020 by members of the #DataCreatives research collaboration. In session 2.2, members of the collaboration turned their attentions to data sources from the creative and cultural industries, to see what insights might arise that could fed back into university teaching and learning practices. The State Library of NSW social media archive was examined, which enabled a sentiment analysis of a hashtag associated with students and new professionals in the cultural and heritage sector.
