EDME conducts Effect Direction MEta-analysis of GWAS for the same traits generated from two independent populations. The principle is to use the agreement of GWAS signs (+ or - for the same trait in two populations) to identify true signals from GWAS. It can be applied to single-trait and multi-trait analysis. The tutorial which shows how to use this software is at: https://ruidongxiang.com/effect-direction-meta-analysis-edme-of-gwas/.
