%X hTis is The python code needed to run the example transcom case described in Rayner 2016. The file will generate all of the figures by typing %run transcom_probability at an ipython prompt. It will generate all of the figures plus the underlying ensemble statistics for future calculations. It also contains function to generate the Bayes Factor or, as I call it here, Jaynes Information Criterion
